In a major boost to the entrepreneurial ecosystem at Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Prayagraj, the institute’s official incubator – Innovation and Incubation Hub MNNIT Foundation (IIHMF) – has declared a strategic partnership with the Wadhwani Foundation to roll out its flagship Liftoff Program for early-stage startups.
The 14-week accelerator is designed to help young ventures move from product development to investment readiness through structured mentoring, strategic guidance and investor engagement.
“This collaboration is a major milestone for IIHMF. It gives our startups the tools, mentorship, and exposure they need to move from ideation to execution, and from MVP to market,” said Sanjay Kumar Suryavanshi, CEO, IIHMF.
The program will equip selected startups — especially those at the minimum viable product (MVP) or early-traction stage — with business model refinement, personalised mentoring, and strategic scaling tools. Masterclasses and workshops will cover topics such as go-to-market strategies, product-market fit, and digital growth.
Founders will also receive guidance on pitch deck creation, business optimisation, and investor readiness.
One of the key features of the Liftoff Program is access to a national and global network of investors, corporate partners, and mentors, enabling startups to tap into critical collaboration and funding opportunities.
“Startups will be able to access not just mentorship from serial entrepreneurs and industry veterans, but also exposure to a global ecosystem that is vital for long-term success,” Suryavanshi added.
The Innovation and Incubation Hub MNNIT Foundation (IIHMF) serves as the central innovation platform at MNNIT, Prayagraj, supporting student and faculty-led ventures through incubation, mentoring, and funding access.
