The Incubation Center enables state and central government officials to incubate and launch high-impact digital transformation programs and use technology as a solution to deliver government-to-business and government-to-citizen services.
Our Mission
To launch a digital transformation initiative on a national scale with Central Government ministries to benefit more than 100 million citizens
To incubate ten national or regional-scale digital transformation initiatives every year that will significantly and measurably benefit more than 10 million citizens each.
