The Wadhwani Foundation, through its grant-making arm Wadhwani Charitable Foundation (WCF), is offering up to $1 million annually to organizations dedicated to creating sustainable jobs and upskilling youth in emerging economies. We are starting with Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, and the Philippines—regions with large and growing youth populations.

Who Should Apply?
We are seeking high-impact organizations that:

- Have a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes in creating living-wage jobs at scale.
- Operate with an annual revenue or expense range of $1 million to $5 million.
- Demonstrate strong leadership, scalability, and validated outcomes through independent assessments.
