The article is a fallout of the MoU signed between WF and State of Rajasthan yesterday, and is aimed at fostering an integrated approach to entrepreneurship, innovation and skill development in the State. Ajay exchanged the MoU with Rajat Kumar Mishra, Secretary, Department of Skills, Employment and Entrepreneurship in the presence of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Vasundhara Raje. Sunita and Bhaskar were also present on the occasion.
Key areas of collabration include, implementing entrepreneurial education in 100 colleges, and vocational education in 1000 schools and 100 ITIs ; building a one-stop technology platform with a focus to educate high school and ITI students on skilling and college students on entrepreneurship, training and connecting mentors & investors to local entrepreneurs, and developing best practices on incubators and accelerators. Additionally 100 innovation grants of an average of INR 25 to 50 lakhs in 1-2 critical sectors for the Rajasthan State are proposed.
