Strategic Impact of Project NAVYA
Project NAVYA represents a significant shift toward integrated governance, where skill development meets social welfare. by combining the resources of two major ministries with the technical expertise of the Wadhwani Foundation, the program ensures that training is not just theoretical but aligned with current market demands.
The Road Ahead
This partnership is expected to bridge the gender gap in the labor market by providing adolescent girls from diverse backgrounds with access to high-quality digital and life-skills content. The MSDE intends to roll out these modules through its vast network of Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras (PMKKs) and Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) to ensure maximum reach.
