Initiatives related to the use of generative AI applied to the development of human skills are also underway. At the Wadhwani Foundation, an organization specializing in preparing and reinserting talents into the job market, the training modules for teachers and students have begun to receive support from AI co-pilots. Developed from large language model platforms (such as Llama and ChatGPT-4), digital assistants are applied in journeys of socio-emotional skills, job interview training, and teacher preparation. The first version was launched in October for an initial group of 500 participants – the forecast is to reach 12,000 by the end of the year. “Users can access virtual tutors to ask questions during learning modules. Instead of formulating ready-made solutions, the systems prioritize answers that prompt students to reflect on the issues presented on the platforms” says Thiago Françoso, vice president of the Employability Iniciative at Wadhwani Foundation Brazil.
