Yes. Participation is by selection only. Businesses are evaluated based on their stage of growth, readiness to execute, leadership commitment, and the clarity of the growth opportunity they want to pursue. Completing an application does not automatically guarantee admission into the program. Once you apply, you will hear back from our team on the next steps.
You will be asked to share basic business information, including your revenue range, team size, business stage, growth priorities, key challenges, and the specific growth opportunity you would like to work on during the program. This helps us determine whether the program is the right fit for your business.
The program is intentionally selective to ensure every participating business receives meaningful access to advisors, experts, and support resources, enabling a more personalized and impactful experience. Business owners who generate annual revenue above ₹5 Cr+, have 10 or more employees, have been operating for at least 2 years, have a clear growth opportunity in mind, and are willing to commit 1-2 hours per week for 12 weeks.

If your business falls outside the current eligibility criteria, we may still have a solution for you. Businesses with annual revenue below ₹5 Cr can explore Wadhwani Liftoff, our AI-powered growth platform designed to help early-stage and growing businesses build readiness and accelerate growth. Businesses with annual revenue above ₹5 Cr+ may be better suited for Wadhwani Liftoff, our structured growth execution program for more established businesses pursuing larger-scale growth opportunities.
