Indosat, Wadhwani Foundation Launch AI Training Program

In celebration of National Education Day, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison in collaboration with the Wadhwani Foundation (WF), has launched AI-based training aimed at preparing young talent for the workforce. This feature, accessible via IM3’s myIM3 app and Tri’s bima+ app, signifies the ongoing collaboration that began in January. This strategic collaboration underscores our commitment to expanding access to relevant digital training for Indonesia’s youth. In collaboration with the Wadhwani Foundation, Indosat has launched AI-based digital training to support the younger generation in navigating the job market while also driving national economic growth in line with Indonesia Vision 2045.

In addition to providing telecommunication services, the myIM3 and bima+ apps, available on the Play Store and App Store, now serve as platforms for learning and personal development, tailored to industry needs. The training programs are accessible anywhere, from urban to rural areas, offering equal opportunities for young people across the country to enhance their digital skills. Both of Indosat’s brands, IM3 and Tri, will later engage their respective audiences to promote the platform. IM3 will embed it into its flagship program, Collabonation, while Tri will carry it forward through its popular initiative, Generasi Happy.

myIM3 and bima+ users can seamlessly access a range of digital training modules, including soft skills development, job readiness training, and AI-based tools designed to help job seekers, entrepreneurs, and young professionals improve their competitiveness in the job market. This platform enriches Indosat’s digital ecosystem by adding more value to customers.

Vikram Sinha, President Director and Chief Executive Officer, Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison

The youth are key to building an inclusive and sustainable future. At Indosat, we believe that no one should be left behind. With this initiative, we are committed to developing the digital skills of Indonesians, wherever they are. This aligns with Indosat’s larger goal of empowering Indonesia.

Ajay Kela, President and Chief Executive Officer, Wadhwani Foundation

Over two decades since its inception in 2001, the foundation with worldwide presence has focused on a simple, powerful mission: accelerating job growth and enabling millions to earn a family-sustaining wage and lead a dignified life. The collaboration with Indosat is a tangible manifestation of our commitment to create social change through skills empowerment through Wadhwani Skilling Network (WSN) and entrepreneurship through Wadhwani Entrepreneurship Network (WEN). We believe that digital empowerment must reach the wider community, and technology is key to making that happen. The collaboration with Indosat allows us to reach millions of users directly and provide access to learning easily, quickly, and effectively.
