वाधवानी फाउंडेशन में वाधवानी ऑपरचुनिटी के एक्जीक्यूटिव वाइस प्रेसिडेंट सुनील दहिया ने कहा, “बजट में अप्रेंटिसशिप ऐक्ट में प्रस्तावित संशोधन में हमारी शिक्षा और प्रशिक्षण व्यवस्था में नई जान फूंकने की संभावना है. इससे हमारे युवाओं के लिए अप्रेंटिसशिप के मौकों को और बेहतर करने की संभावना बनेगी. भारत के कामगारों को कौशल युक्त करने के लिए अप्रेंटिसशिप सर्वश्रेष्ठ मॉडल हो सकता है. यह छात्रों या युवकों को पूरी तरह प्रशिक्षत उद्योग का कार्यकारी बनने में सहायता करता है. ये ऐसे लोग होंगे जिन्हें कार्यस्थल पर काम करने का वास्तविक अनुभव होगा. इससे ना सिर्फ युवकों को नौकरी पर रखने की योग्यता बेहतर होगी बल्कि बेरोजगारी भी कम होगी पर नियोक्ता के नजरिए से देखें तो इससे युवकों का कौशल बेहतर होगा, उनकी उत्पादकता बढ़ेगी और वे पेशेवर होंगे.
