The “Wadhwani Institute for Artificial Intelligence” (Wadhwani AI) was dedicated to the nation by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi in the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Devendra Fadnavis and the Hon’ble Governor of Maharashtra, Shri C. Vidyasagar Rao. Wadhwani AI is India’s first AI research institute and the first-of-its-kind in the world – a non-profit research institute dedicated exclusively to applying AI for social good.
