O en una enfermera que modifica la rutina de un paciente para ahorrar tiempo. No son grandes inventos. Pero son acciones innovadoras, pr\u00e1cticas, valiosas y repetibles. Ahorran tiempo. Reducen costes. Y lo que es m\u00e1s importante, demuestran responsabilidad.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La innovaci\u00f3n no es un salto de gigante. Son peque\u00f1os pasos dados por personas que se preocupan por hacerlo mejor. Y eso es lo que la mano de obra del futuro necesita m\u00e1s que nada: personas que aporten ideas, no solo esfuerzo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Sin embargo, durante a\u00f1os, la innovaci\u00f3n se limit\u00f3 a los equipos de I+D o a las visiones de los l\u00edderes. Esa forma de pensar ha envejecido. Las empresas que prosperan ahora son <a href=\"https:\/\/wadhwanifoundation.org\/es\/descubra-hoy-mismo-las-5-ventajas-principales-de-adoptar-el-espiritu-emprendedor\/\">los que fomentan las ideas desde la base<\/a>. El verdadero cambio est\u00e1 en la mentalidad. Es decir:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Preguntarse \"por qu\u00e9\" m\u00e1s a menudo<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Buscar peque\u00f1as formas de mejorar un proceso<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Compartir los fracasos sin miedo<\/li>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<li>Valorar la curiosidad tanto como la eficacia<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las iniciativas de formaci\u00f3n de la Fundaci\u00f3n Wadhwani se basan en esta creencia. No se trata de formar para marcar una casilla. Se trata de ayudar a la gente a pensar por s\u00ed misma, y a pensar en el futuro. Tienen que crear sistemas que permitan que prospere. Para empezar, hay que pedir opiniones con regularidad. Los empleados m\u00e1s cercanos al problema suelen tener la visi\u00f3n m\u00e1s clara. Es esencial darles espacio para experimentar, probar e incluso fracasar con seguridad.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n significa celebrar el esfuerzo, no s\u00f3lo los resultados. Cuando se reconoce a alguien por intentar algo nuevo, aunque no funcione, es m\u00e1s probable que vuelva a intentarlo. As\u00ed es como cambian las culturas. Empieza con la forma en que la gente piensa sobre su trabajo. Desde los trabajadores de primera l\u00ednea hasta los mandos intermedios, todos tienen una opini\u00f3n que merece la pena escuchar. Y cuando las empresas escuchan, crecen.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El futuro del trabajo no se construir\u00e1 \u00fanicamente en laboratorios o salas de juntas. Lo forjar\u00e1n las personas que alzan la voz, act\u00faan con rapidez y mantienen la curiosidad, todos los d\u00edas.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Empecemos hoy<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una mano de obra preparada para el futuro se construye idea a idea.
